Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new joiners including document collection, medicals, and visa support.
- Liaise with PRO for Emirates ID, visa issuance, and renewals via ICP.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries.
- Assist in organizing staff events, training coordination, and internal communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).
- Diploma or bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality sector.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems (ICP, MOHRE).
- Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
