Job Description
Role Purpose
Own the strategy, design, commercialization, and lifecycle management of managed cybersecurity services across MSSP, SOC, and AI-led security operations. The role will translate market demand, customer pain points, and internal delivery capabilities into scalable offerings with strong go-to-market readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for managed cybersecurity services with focus on MSSP, SOC, MDR/XDR-aligned services, and adjacent managed offerings.
- Build differentiated service propositions based on customer pain points, market demand, competitive positioning, and field feedback.
- Design service constructs including scope, outcomes, service levels, pricing logic, packaging, onboarding approach, and operating model.
- Work with SOC, engineering, delivery, and solution architecture teams to convert technical capabilities into commercially viable, repeatable services.
- Identify and prioritize AI-led use cases in security operations such as alert triage, analyst productivity, reporting, threat prioritization, and workflow automation.
- Partner with sales, pre-sales, alliances, and OEMs to shape positioning, value messaging, reference architectures, and deal support material.
- Drive go-to-market readiness through pitch decks, battlecards, solution narratives, demos, objection handling, and sales playbooks.
- Lead internal enablement for sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams through structured training sessions, bootcamps, and launch packs.
- Track business and service KPIs including adoption, pipeline, revenue, attach rate, service quality, margin profile, and renewal potential.
- Support large bids, strategic pursuits, and executive customer conversations by articulating product vision, service differentiation, and commercial rationale.
Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in product management, service creation, portfolio management, or GTM ownership.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as SOC, SIEM, XDR, EDR, threat intelligence, incident response, identity security, cloud security, and network security.
- Good understanding of MSSP operating models, managed service design, and service commercialization.
- Ability to convert technical capabilities into customer outcomes, business cases, and repeatable service offers.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across product, delivery, finance, sales, pre-sales, alliances, and leadership teams.
- Comfort with service packaging, pricing, commercial constructs, and lifecycle performance tracking.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, especially for executive and customer-facing communication.
