Job Description
ASTIN Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to grow within the field of technical sales, customer coordination, and business development. Candidates from the Philippines with relevant hands-on experience in valves or hydraulics will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the external sales team in managing client communication and account activities.
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and resolve both technical and commercial issues.
Maintain accurate sales records using ERP and CRM systems.
Assist with marketing initiatives, reports, and sales performance tracking.
Develop technical product knowledge related to valves, hydraulics, and instrumentation systems.
Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships across the Middle East.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
0 2 years of relevant experience in technical or inside sales.
Preference for candidates from the Philippines with practical exposure to valves and hydraulics.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP or CRM tools is a plus.
Must be willing to relocate or already reside in Dubai.
