Job Description

You are a talented Arabic Calligraphic and Graphic Designer, sought to join a creative team in Navi Mumbai. Your expertise in Arabic calligraphy and typography is key to crafting unique and culturally authentic designs. Your role will entail creating digital and print designs that honor the cultural aesthetics of Arabic calligraphy, encompassing both traditional and modern styles.

Responsibilities include developing customized Arabic calligraphy artworks for diverse projects such as branding, advertising, packaging, and merchandise. You will design high-quality visuals incorporating Arabic typography and calligraphy for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and product packaging. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will conceptualize visually compelling campaigns that convey brand messaging effectively and resonate with target audiences. Moreover, you will play a part in defining Arabic typography and calligraphic style guidelines for branding and marketing materials to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Your duties involve preparing design files for digital and print production while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Collaboration with content writers, marketing specialists, and other designers is crucial for delivering projects within set deadlines. Continuously staying updated with emerging trends in Arabic calligraphy, typography, and graphic design is essential to infuse relevance and innovation into design outputs.

The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in various Arabic calligraphy styles such as Thuluth, Diwani, Naskh, Kufic, and the ability to adapt and create new calligraphic styles are necessary.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, with additional perks like performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a total of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
