Job Description
- As a Marketing Manager, your role involves analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights to effectively shape and communicate the company's vision and mission. You will be responsible for translating brand elements into strategic plans and go-to-market strategies. Managing a team of marketing professionals, you will lead brand initiatives and creative development to inspire the target audience to take action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, while assessing ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, conduct research on consumer markets, and keep track of competitors" activities
- Oversee both new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and analyze consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactical decisions
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in marketing management with a strong understanding of brand positioning
