Prompt Engineer

AjnaLens is looking for a Prompt Engineer & A/B Testing Specialist to join our AI + Product Intelligence team at Thane (Maharashtra - India).

We are seeking someone who is curious about how people interact with technology and passionate about shaping intelligent, human-like conversations. In this role, you will craft prompts that guide how our AI speaks and behaves, and run small experiments to see what works best for our users. If you love blending language, logic, and intuitionthis is the role for you.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

• Write and fine-tune prompts that help AI respond in natural, helpful, and meaningful ways

• Set up experiments to compare two versions of a feature or prompt and see which one users respond to better
• Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to improve how users experience and interact with our technology.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

2+ years of experience in content creation, product research, or working on digital tools where user experience matters

• Strong command over language and an intuitive sense of how people communicate
• Creative thinking and a natural curiosity to test ideas and explore what works

What Would You Be Expected to Do:

• Write and test different ways the AI can talk, guide, or respond to users.
• Run simple experiments (like showing Version A to some users and Version B to others) to learn what people prefer.
• Look at user behavior and feedback to continuously improve prompts and experiences.
• Keep a record of whats been tested, what worked, and what didntso we keep learning.
• Make sure everything the AI says aligns with AjnaLens tone, values, and mission of building a more conscious future.
