Senior Manager - Partnerships & Alliances

Role & responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners to enhance the loyalty programs value proposition.
• Structure and negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations with partners across various industries.
• Design and execute partner-led campaigns to drive member engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to integrate partner offerings seamlessly into customer journeys.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI targets.
  
• Develop co-branded initiatives and exclusive offers to strengthen brand affinity and customer loyalty.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage partner relationships, ensuring long-term value creation and sustained engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
•  8-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty marketing, preferably within consumer-facing industries.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Proven ability to structure and manage high-impact collaborations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to unlock new value through partnerships.
