Job Description
- You will be responsible for creating advanced visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI to support data quality and analysis initiatives. Your role will involve developing robust data models from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, and providing strategic data insights throughout the organization. It is essential to have a strong understanding of business intelligence principles and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards in Power BI Desktop, building and maintaining data models with Row Level Security, writing advanced SQL and MySQL queries for dataset extraction, connecting to various data sources, importing and transforming data for Business Intelligence while ensuring data quality and reliability. Collaboration with management and business units to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting and analysis is also crucial.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Power BI development and data modeling, advanced proficiency in SQL and MySQL, as well as strong analytical skills to interpret data into actionable recommendations.
You should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or analytics domain.
