Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive for the non-voice chat process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service using your excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and possess a 12th pass qualification. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply for this full-time position based in Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016.

The role requires an immediate joiner who can work from the office during the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off. The salary package offered for this position ranges from 15000 to 20000 per month CTC.
