Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive for a non-voice chat process, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply for this position.

You should possess good communication skills in both Hindi and English to effectively assist customers. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced individuals who are looking to join immediately.
The minimum qualification required for this role is 12th pass. The salary package offered for this position ranges from 12000 to 15000 per month on a CTC basis.

This is a full-time job based in Sector 5, Salt Lake, Kolkata, with the requirement of working in the office. The job involves working in rotational shifts for 6 days a week. The work schedule is in the morning shift and the work location is in person.
