The Programmatic/Demand/Agency/Buyside Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the organizations digital advertising strategies. This position involves working closely with clients and suppliers to optimize programmatic advertising efforts, ensuring that campaigns are running efficiently and effectively. A deep understanding of various programmatic platforms, industry trends, and buyer behavior is essential. The specialist will leverage analytical skills to assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights to both clients and internal teams. By fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders, the specialist will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaign performance across multiple digital platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign delivery.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior team members.
- Maintain detailed documentation regarding campaign performance and changes.
- Support the sales team in developing pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media.
- Strong understanding of programmatic platforms like Google Ads, The Trade Desk, etc.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting metrics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Knowledge of current trends in the digital marketing landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles and building customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.
