Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of the physical condition and operational integrity of our real estate portfolio—including residential buildings, apartments, and common facilities. This role is responsible for everything related to property maintenance: from routine inspections and preventive care to urgent repairs and long-term infrastructure planning. The ideal candidate will lead all maintenance activities, manage teams and contractors, and ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well-presented at all times. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands accountability, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

-Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties
-Lead a team of technicians, cleaners, and external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service
-Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and systems
-Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
-Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate rapid resolution

-Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and mechanical systems across all properties
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory
-Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance concerns professionally
-Supervise renovation, repair, and upgrade projects, ensuring quality and timely execution
-Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation
-Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies

-Minimum 5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in real estate
-Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure
-Proven leadership and team management skills
-Proficiency in maintenance software and reporting tools
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Familiarity with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
-Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
-Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required)
