Public Relations Officer (PRO – HR)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong HR and government liaison experience to join our team onsite in Dubai. The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related procedures such as visa processing, labor contracts, license renewals, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The role involves close coordination with HR and external government bodies including MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, and DED.

The PRO will also support internal onboarding/offboarding procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure the company remains up-to-date with legal requirements. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of UAE regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar PRO or HR role, preferably in construction or contracting
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Valid UAE driving license required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
