Asset Manager - Real Estate Portfolio

What role you will play in team: Oversee the performance and management of a diverse real estate portfolio, maximizing returns and minimizing risk.

What you will do: Manage property assets, lease negotiations, and financial reporting.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the real estate portfolio.
• Manage property assets, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and property maintenance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis on portfolio performance.
• 
  Oversee property valuations and appraisals.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, such as property managers and contractors.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment analysis.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
