Financial Risk Manager - Retail

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks across Al-Futtaim's retail operations in India.

What you will do: You will develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor key risk indicators.

Key responsibility:

• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks within Al-Futtaim's retail operations in India.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and reporting on findings to senior management.
• Conducting regular risk assessments.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address potential risks.
  
• Developing and delivering risk management training programs.
• Staying current on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in financial risk management (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial markets and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
