As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, inspiring customers and turning digital leads into loyal buyers. This role is about more than selling cars, it’s about building trust, delivering experiences, and representing a brand that is redefining mobility.
What You Will Do
- Represent BYD as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from enquiry through test drive to handover.
- Ensure every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted through effective sales system usage.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, blending product expertise with genuine relationship-building.
- Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and satisfied customers.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of automotive fleet operations experience.
- Understanding of sales pipeline monitoring and delivery.
- Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow-up.
- Lead on establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the standard operating procedures for fleet within Al Futtaim Electric Mobility Company.
- Management of fleet demo vehicles, including but not limited to calendar management of requests, booking and preparation coordination, monitoring usage as well as onboarding/offboarding, logistical movement, accident claim and processing.
- Lead and management of fleet sales operations, including but not limited to quotation issuance, credit applications, invoicing, sales documentation, payment transactions, vehicle registration and tagging, account creations and pre-delivery inspection requests.
- Leading on fleet lease return process and fleet used cars operational sales process. Coordination with brand operational leads to ensure physical vehicle readiness for sale, and transfer of ownership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (other languages an advantage).
- Tech-savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
