- Achieve export sales and profitability targets across assigned international markets
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing international customers and distribution partners
- Identify and develop new markets and customers to increase international business presence
- Improve margins and profitability through value-added sales strategies and customer-focused initiatives
- Coordinate with finance teams to monitor receivable aging and ensure timely collections
- Recommend region-specific automotive parts movement plans to procurement teams
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient export processes
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of packed goods
- Prepare monthly performance reports including market analysis and corrective action plans
- Track international business KPIs and ensure operational targets are achieved
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Maintain adherence to internal controls, audits, and departmental procedures
- Graduate degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related discipline
- Three to five years of experience in international business or export sales operations
- Experience within automotive dealerships, automotive spare parts distribution, or automotive brands in the GCC is advantageous
- Strong analytical and commercial skills to support sales growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong reporting and presentation abilities
- Valid GCC driving license is advantageous
