Job Description
What role you will play in team: Oversee the daily operations of our logistics team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. You'll lead a team and ensure smooth workflow.
What you will do: Manage logistics staff, optimize delivery routes, manage inventory, resolve logistical issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key responsibility:
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team.
- Manage logistics staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing storage costs.
- Resolve logistical issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
