Job Description

What role you will play in team: Supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the upkeep of retail facilities.

What you will do: Oversee maintenance tasks, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibility:

  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance activities.
  • Manage maintenance budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships for maintenance contracts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
