What You ll Do

* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the Blue brand, covering product launches, corporate campaigns, and tactical communication
* Drive brand awareness, market share growth, customer loyalty, and positioning as a market leader
* Monitor consumer behavior, demographics, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy
* Lead brand activation and campaigns across multiple channels in coordination with agencies and internal teams
* Align digital strategies with integrated marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across platforms
* Establish performance measurement frameworks to track ROI and improve campaign effectiveness
* Enhance customer experience across retail and workshop touchpoints with unified branding strategies
* Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with KPIs for campaign attribution
* Lead, coach, and develop a lean and high-performing marketing team, ensuring measurable performance outcomes

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 10 15 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications
* Strong background in advertising, branding, and customer-centric campaign delivery
* Proven experience working across multiple markets and integrated communication channels
* Ability to create strategic business proposals, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Previous experience in advertising agencies is a plus
