Position Overview

What You ll Do
* Greet customers warmly and deliver a positive in-store experience
* Assist customers with product selection, provide relevant information, and upsell where appropriate
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with store standards and procedures
* Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and security responsibilities
* Train new staff on POS systems and resolve customer issues at checkout
* Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and ticketing of merchandise

* Capture customer information and promote loyalty initiatives such as gift cards
* Participate in store meetings, inventories, and team functions
* Meet or exceed weekly sales targets while adhering to company policies
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma required; bachelor s degree preferred
* 4 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the watch or luxury goods industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* Ability to stand for long hours and perform stock replenishment duties
* Proven ability to achieve sales goals and maintain accountability
* Professional personality, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset
