Job Description
- Develop and implement the aftersales business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets (CSI).
- Oversee the Service, Parts, and Warranty departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as workshop productivity, efficiency, parts margin, and CSI scores.
- Drive customer retention initiatives, including service campaigns, loyalty programs, and preventative maintenance reminders.
- Manage department budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all workshop operations comply with manufacturer standards, warranty guidelines, and local safety regulations.
- Resolve major customer complaints and ensure a high-quality service recovery process.
- Lead and develop a large team of technicians, advisors, and administrative staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in automotive aftersales, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Comprehensive technical and commercial knowledge of automotive service, parts, and warranty processes.
- Proven P&L management skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.
