Category Channel Operations Executive



As Category Channel Operations, prime responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of Channels/Categories within the organization. The Role Requires combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to optimize channel/category performance and drive business growth.
• Channel Management – Oversee the overall management of various channels and customer Support. Develop strategies for Channel/Category effectiveness to align with organizational goals.
• Planning and Execution - Collaborate with cross – functional teams to develop Channel/Category plans including setting objectives, targets, and budgets. Ensure the successful execution of Channel/Category initiatives through meticulous planning and coordination.
• Relationship Building – Foster strong relationships with principles and internal stakeholders. Establish regular communication channels to address any challenges, capture feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Performance Monitoring - Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess Channel/Category performance. Analyze data to measure Channel/Category performance, identify trends and recommend necessary actions for improvement. Monitor Channel/Category performance through Perfect Store Programs and Field Capability Scores.
• Sales Enablement - Work closely with sales teams to provide the necessary tools, training, and resources to enable successful channel sales. Ensure Master data (Channel/Category) is updated at regular intervals.
• Process Improvement - Constantly evaluate channel processes and work flows for efficiency and effectiveness. Propose and implement improvements, automation, and streamline initiatives to maximize productivity.
