Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven SEO, PPC & Social Media Specialist to lead our digital visibility and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our search engine marketing, paid advertising, and social media channels while executing integrated online marketing strategies and tracking performance using analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
� Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Plan and implement effective SEO strategies for increasing organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and URLs.
- Perform regular SEO audits and technical fixes (indexing, site speed, schema, etc.).
- Manage link-building efforts and outreach for authority backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
� Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword targeting, audience segmentation, budget control, and ad copywriting.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, bids, and landing pages for continuous performance improvement.
- Track conversions and ensure optimal ROI and cost-per-acquisition.
� Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage daily content posting, engagement, and campaign management across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
- Create and curate content calendars, coordinate with design team for creatives.

- Track follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness using native analytics tools and scheduling platforms like Buffer or Hootsuite.
� Online Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Support and execute end-to-end online marketing campaigns for product promotions, seasonal offers, brand visibility, and B2B lead generation.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Support email marketing, influencer collaboration, and affiliate marketing initiatives as required.
� Analytics and Reporting:
- Set up and manage tracking tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking pixels.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports across SEO, PPC, and social channels with actionable insights.
- Recommend growth opportunities and performance optimizations based on analytics data.
