Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager for Key Accounts with a strong FMCG background. The ideal candidate will possess an established portfolio of customers, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG sector.
• Cultivate relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Develop strategies for business growth and manage customer portfolios effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and services.
• Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  Get Hired
  Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in key account management.
• Preferably, background in Bakery, Restaurant, or Cluster Kitchen sectors.
• Strong portfolio of established customers in FMCG.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Starting salary of AED 10,000 per month, along with additional perks and benefits.
