Personal Finance Business Senior Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

To oversee the investments of EMKAN’s clients and study the market and identify/evaluate the best type of investment that will grow the client’s funds. .

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Product management

Manage key stakeholders within the organization who have a direct impact on day to day portfolio activities. Reviews and ensures portfolio credit policies are aligned with business objectives in coordination with Policy team.

Ensures all customer issue resolution is within TAT resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

Follow up
Ensures end-to-end process compliance by engaging with various stakeholders like Operations, Customer Service, Sales.

Raising and following up on technical issues in aims of raising sales percentages and enhancement of product experience

Policies, Processes & Procedures
To align the rules and regulation for all partners, by making sure in implementing the policies with all partners. Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.

Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Experience

0-2 years in Sales or Customer Services

Knowledge and Skills

General knowledge on the Products or financing sector Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communicator. Well organized. Strong analytical skills.
Strong Problem-solving ability
