Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing a team of client managers and Senior Client Managers. His primary objective is to achieve their sales targets through effective allocation of their team's territories and targets, motivating his team members and ensuring outstanding sales performance. Their role is a combination of management, selling, coaching and leadership activities, with the objective of enabling the sales team to meet the sales targets assigned to them.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for aligning to the sales strategy ensuring ARC strategic objectives are met
- Accountable for creating turn-around solutions to ensure that sales plans are met irrespective of current situation by ensuring that sales procedures and policies as defined by the sales Sr. Management are implemented and followed
- Responsible to drive a sales culture by sharing best practices, developing and sustaining cross functional relationships and filtering information downwards
- Align his team to the Client Segmentation Strategy ensuring that the right level of resource is allocated to the right type of Client by effectively managing the Cost of Sale through the best possible use of available resources
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the activities of his sales team, setting and measuring performance targets, account allocation and enforcing the execution of the client account plans, call planning and opportunity qualification.
- Responsible for pipeline management and accurate forecasting and acts as the final point of escalation to resolve internal and external sales related issues.
- Support his sales teams by attending key client meetings and articulate how ARC can add value through our services and solutions and leverage his relationship skills and knowledge of the client environment to assist and influence the client at every stage of the buying cycle
- Acts as a mentor and coach to enable their sales team to achieve their objectives
- Ensures that the sales force has access to the relevant sales tools and have the general means to perform their role
- Acts as an advisor that assists the sales force to set and keep to priority activities
Qualifications
- IT / Engineering Graduate
- MBA is an advantage

- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant industry experience, of which at least 6-8 years are in a service sales/ business development role
- Should have relevant vendor certifications
- Must be able to prepare legal / contractual / commercial documents in English as required for the projects
- Must be a techno-commercial with hands-on technical experience as well has excellent commercial knowledge
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, Time management, Project Management skills Results Driven
- Good Leadership & teamwork skills with ability to learn new technologies
