Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Supervisor to join our team at Al Sahraa Recruitment Services. As the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT department and ensuring that our systems and network are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing technical support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems and network
• Monitor and maintain the companys network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, including hardware, software, and network problems
  
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure the safety of our data
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the companys IT systems
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and provide technical support when necessary
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and cost-effective
• Train employees on new software and hardware systems and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  

Qualifications:

  Get Hired
  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers
• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
