Project Engineer- HVAC

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of HVAC works.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to HVAC systems.
• Prepare method statements, work schedules, and material submittals.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and timelines.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASHRAE standards, local authority regulations, and safety norms.
• Identify technical issues at site and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of HVAC works.

• Assist in preparation of work programs and manpower planning.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Support in variation identification, technical clarifications, and site instructions.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Maintain as-built drawings, inspection requests (IRs), and test reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
• Assist in preparation of handover documents and O&M manuals.
