HR ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 6-8 years in a corporate leadership role
- Proven core HR experience in healthcare and holdings sectors.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, DOH/MOH regulations, and GCC HR practices
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- HR certifications such as CIPD / SHRM preferred.
