Job Description
Role Objective
The Sales Executive (Fleet) - Tyres OTR/TBR is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and management of fleet, transport, construction, mining, and industrial customers. The role focuses on selling Off-the-Road (OTR) and Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) tyre solutions by combining technical expertise, relationship management, and value-based selling, while achieving sales, margin, and collection targets within the UAE market.
Core Responsibilities
Market Understanding & Customer Segmentation
ؠDemonstrate a strong understanding of the UAE fleet, transport, construction, mining, logistics, and industrial sectors.
ؠIdentify and segment fleet customers based on vehicle type, application, usage conditions, and tyre consumption patterns.
ؠMonitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing movements, and brand positioning within the OTR and TBR segment.
Fleet Sales & Business Development
ؠDevelop and manage a portfolio of fleet and key accounts across transporters, contractors, logistics firms, and industrial operators.
ؠActively prospect new customers through field visits, referrals, and market intelligence.ؠPromote OTR and TBR tyre solutions aligned to customer load, terrain, mileage, and operational requirements.
ؠPrepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales in line with company policies.
Technical Consultation & After-Sales Support
ؠConduct tyre inspections, site visits, and performance evaluations at customer locations.
ؠProvide technical recommendations on tyre selection, fitment, maintenance, and lifecycle optimization.
ؠCoordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve claims, complaints, and service issues.
ؠBuild long-term customer trust through proactive after-sales engagement and performance reviews.
Revenue, Margin & Collection Management
ؠAchieve assigned sales volume, revenue, margin, and collection targets.
ؠEnsure adherence to approved credit terms and follow up on overdue payments.
ؠPrepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly performance updates.

Internal Coordination & Reporting
ؠCoordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
ؠMaintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and sales documentation.
ؠSubmit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years of sales experience in OTR / TBR tyres or heavy automotive products.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, tyre applications, and performance metrics.
- Proven B2B / fleet sales experience within the UAE or GCC market.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
