Job Description

Job Summary:
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy, identity and awareness for their assigned brand/brands, their locations and the countries in which they operate. To grow, enhance and promote the corporate identity of Ethan Allen brand across all platforms by developing
marketing & content plans and strategies that will result in revenue generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Grow brand presence through well-articulated and planned marketing & digital strategies.
Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence
in the market
Develop effective brand, category and product positioning in the market and create the necessary
communication and content strategies to promote the brands and activities through all channels,
utilizing the 360 degree marketing tool kit
Curate, deliver and support the generation of visual and written content (be it in digital, photographic or
video formats), which includes but is not limited to use in the following channels: FB, IG, LinkedIn,
AAE.com, Press, Visual Merchandising and Influencers.
Planning, organizing and implementing events for all company brands for launches, new product
introductions, and customer & media relations including support the events team
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing
strategy and a communications and public relations program that will enhance the brand and or
company s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and
external communications
Increase the Revenue of the Company by developing marketing/PR activities via an annual
marketing/PR/social media plan that effectively promote the company s products and services, delivering
positive ROI within budget
Increase / Growth in Social Media by developing and implementing timely (monthly) social media
calendars that effectively develop a relevant voice for the company s brands and promotes the
company s products and services.
Lead digital experience and e-commerce across the marketing team:
-Own, on behalf of the marketing team, and use Facelift Cloud tool to its full capacity, including
training team constantly on updates and most effective use of tool as well as social and digital best
practice
- Own and lead the generation of all brands social and digital reports on a monthly basis
- Own email campaigns from design, content and scheduling
- Lead the development and maintenance of e-commerce and other digital initiatives within the team,
developing fully functional corporate and brand websites for the company to ensure full online presence
for brands
Increase in PR coverage via PR strategies that effectively target key media in the market and
maintaining relations with key media through constant outreach programs.
Responsible for developing the brand marketing strategy and calendar of activities that supports the
overall achievement of business plan sales to the agreed budgeted levels/% s

Liaise with 3rd party e-commerce sites to maintain smooth processes and relationship.
Consistently explore digital opportunities and features to enhance online presence for all brands
Meet the timeframes and costs required to achieve budgeted sales and brand reach targets
Recommend new strategies and plans for continuous growth and managing monthly report on results
Finding opportunities to enhance our corporate and brand presence across all communications channels
Find possible collaborations and partnerships that would add value to the brands
Manage agencies where used for specific stories and campaigns
Work closely with the design, marketing and operations team to develop the complete 360 degrees
marketing plans for assigned brands.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing managing social media, PR, communications tools, brand
marketing and a min of two years in digital/social role in addition to foundation level e-commerce/web site
management/agency management experience
Have a minimum of university degree
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills in English language with Arabic an advantage
Have strong organizational skills and team management experience
Must have a strong understanding of customer service
Excellent photography, Videography and Copywriting skills
Strong Presentation skills and verbal communication with good Influencing skills
