Job Description

    As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key areas:
    - **Recruitment & Onboarding**
    - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
    - Coordinating with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
    - Handling new hire onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
    - **Employee Relations & Engagement**
    - Serving as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and grievances.
    - Organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.

    - Fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high employee morale.
    - **HR Operations & Administration**
    - Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
    - Preparing and managing HR letters, contracts, and policies.
    - **Performance Management**
    - Assisting in implementing performance appraisal systems.
    - Tracking employee performance and coordinating reviews with managers.
    - Supporting training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
    - **Compliance & Policy Management**

    - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
    - Updating HR policies as per organizational needs and regulatory changes.
    - Handling employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
    In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to have:
    - **Education**
    - Master's degree preferred
    - **Experience**
    - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR
    This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode, Kerala. You must be willing to commute or relocate to this location before starting work.,
