Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Implement and maintain Odoo ERP system for accounting and financial management.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and financial planning.
Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Develop financial policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably with Odoo ERP knowledge.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP system.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Good communication skills.
