Position: Business Development Representative/ Sales Development Representative
Experience Level: - 3-5 years
Immediate joiners Only
Function: Marketing

Location: NJ-Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Travel : Frequent travel required

Job Type : Full-Time


Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Processing and nurturing top of the funnel leads to generate interest in Damcos services and offerings after due research and mapping
  • High-energy, ROI-driven Field Sales Rep who can own and lead conferences, trade shows, and industry events prospecting activities.
  • Processing cold data sets to develop awareness of Damcos offering and generate buying intent through multiple channels LinkedIn, Email, Calls.
  • Represent our brand on the ground, turning handshakes into high-value deals.
  • Use smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, booth presence, and lead gen tactics
  • Set aggressive, ROI-based goals for each event and deliver on them
  • Leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success.
  • Attending key events and driving 20x+ ROI through strategic networking and relationship development
