The Position / About The Job
As a Product & portfolio manager – Tank Cleaning you will be responsible to -

• Responsible for driving the Tank Cleaning business in the Indian market together with our Indian sales company. Working with end-users, tank builders and other Alfa Laval sales channels to ensure that our tank cleaning equipment is specified.
• 
  Examine and evaluate the competitiveness of the tank cleaning machine product range for the Indian market based on customer needs and competitor knowledge.
• Responsible for input to global product plans to secure future products being fit for India. Owner of local portfolio roadmap as part of global road map. Identify gaps in the local product portfolio and make feasibility studies where local developments are needed.
• Monitoring of order intake and margin development and agree sales plans with Indian sales company to ensure profitable growth.
• Commercial support to India sales company and channels including training activities.
• Give input to central forecast process based on local S&OP meetings.
• Develop product presentations for local markets and define and implement marketing tools and strategies together with the Indian marketing and marcom team.
• Drive and execute product launches
  

What You Can Be –

• Min 5 years’ experience in relevant industry.
• Experience with sales of components to the food & pharma industries is preferred.

Get Hired
• Graduate Engineer within chemical engineering or dairy / food engineering from reputed class 1 institute. Diploma in Marketing.
