Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an AM/DM/Manager – Site (Mivan – High Rise Residential Buildings). The role involves managing day-to-day site activities for high-rise residential projects using Mivan formwork technology, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress against timelines and quality benchmarks. The individual will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising structural and finishing works, tracking material usage, verifying measurements, and supporting cost control through efficient resource planning. The role also requires maintaining site documentation, preparing progress reports, resolving technical issues on-site, and supporting timely handover of completed milestones.
Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, high-rise building construction, and Mivan/aluminum formwork systems.
• Proven experience in site execution, supervision, and coordination for large residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bar bending schedules.
• Familiarity with construction planning, site documentation, quality checks, and safety practices.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills for handling site teams and contractors.
