Role Description The Construction G12++ professional will oversee and manage on-site construction activities for large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising contractors and subcontractors, monitoring daily progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, and coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and vendors. The role includes planning and sequencing construction activities, tracking material usage, resolving on-site technical issues, and optimizing resources to meet project timelines and budgets. The Construction G12++ professional will maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and logs, support inspections and audits, and contribute to continuous process improvements aligned with Aliens Groups intelligent living vision.

Qualifications

• Strong construction site management capabilities, including supervision of daily activities, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering and structural concepts, construction methods, materials, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of construction/project management tools or software.
