What Youll Do

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and healthcare data pipelines for accuracy and quality
• Review and assess the correctness of AI responses to health informatics prompts, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically unsafe recommendations
• Prepare structured feedback, ratings, and recommendations to help AI systems learn from real-world healthcare expertise
• Apply your knowledge of clinical and operational workflows to ensure AI outputs reflect accurate, real-world practice
  

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
• Ability to assess complex health information and communicate findings clearly
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and thorough in your evaluations

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
