Restructuring And Turnaround Consultant

What role you will play in team:You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to help struggling businesses improve their financial performance and operational efficiency.

What you will do: You will conduct financial analysis, develop restructuring plans, and implement cost-cutting measures.

Key responsibility:

• Perform financial due diligence and valuation on troubled companies.
• Develop detailed restructuring plans that address financial, operational, and strategic challenges.
• Lead negotiations with creditors and stakeholders.
• Implement cost-cutting measures and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Monitor the progress of restructuring plans and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or financial consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Experience with bankruptcy proceedings is a plus.
