Senior Manager, Restructuring Advisory

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior team members on complex restructuring engagements, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What you will do: Develop and execute restructuring strategies, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage complex restructuring engagements, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement comprehensive restructuring strategies for financially distressed businesses.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and forecasting.
• Negotiate with creditors and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  
• Prepare presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree; CPA or CA designation preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in restructuring, turnaround management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
