Senior ServiceNow Developer – SPM & Agile - Full-Remote - Contractor In USD

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior ServiceNow Developer – SPM & Agile.

We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work full-time in CET working hours. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable solutions in ServiceNow SPM, Agile Development and CWM modules;
• Configure Demand Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning;
• Implement and customize CWM workspaces, task management workflows, collaboration features, and work execution processes;
• Configure EAP features including Agile team structures, planning hierarchy, backlog management, and enterprise planning capabilities;
• 
  Build integrations, workflows, UI policies, business rules, Flow Designer automations, and custom applications as required;
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and product owners to gather and refine requirements;
• Drive solution discussions and recommend best practices aligned with ServiceNow platform standards;
• Support end-to-end SDLC activities including development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support;
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide sustainable fixes;
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials;
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices;

Profile:

  Get Hired
  Bachelor or Master degree;
• 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform;
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM, Agile Development, and CWM modules;
• Solid experience in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer;
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and data migration activities;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, portfolio management processes, and enterprise delivery models;
• Solid hands-on experience with Gen(AI) productive implementations on the ServiceNow platform;
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub CoPilot and vibe coding in Enterprise settings;
• Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, CLI/terminal-based development, CI/CD workflows;
• Fluent in English;
