Sales Trainer – Off-Plan & Secondary Market
Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Role
Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of our Off-Plan and Secondary Sales teams. This role is instrumental in developing high-performing agents through impactful training, sales coaching, and structured development programs that drive productivity, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing agents across Off-Plan and Secondary Sales.
- Develop and implement training modules on:
1. Sales process and consultative selling
2. Lead conversion and pipeline management
3. Objection handling and negotiation
4. Closing techniques
5. Market knowledge, developer projects, and resale transactions
6. CRM usage and sales best practices
Coaching & Performance Enablement
- Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve agent productivity and conversion rates.
- Support agents in refining client engagement, deal structuring, and closing strategies.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted performance improvement plans.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to drive a culture of accountability and continuous development.
Sales Excellence & Market Readiness
- Train agents on both Off-Plan product positioning and Secondary market transaction cycles.
- Run roleplays, call coaching, sales simulations, and practical workshops.
- Ensure agents remain updated on market trends, developer launches, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
- Measure training effectiveness through performance metrics, conversion improvement, and agent productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Real Estate Trainer, or Sales Coach, ideally within property brokerage.

- Strong knowledge of Off-Plan and Secondary real estate sales in the UAE market.
- Background in high-performance sales environments such as Real Estate, Telesales, BPO, Contact Centre, or Brokerage Training is highly valued.
- Experience creating training content, playbooks, and scalable learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to influence performance at scale.
