Allegiance Real Estate is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Creator to help us build a strong digital presence and create engaging real estate content that actually converts.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, shoot & edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Create property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos & trending content
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audios & formats
  
• Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Write catchy captions, hooks & scripts
• Collaborate with agents for property shoots & brand storytelling
• Build creative campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 Years experience in real estate marketing/content
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok & short-form content strategy
• Gen Z mindset with fresh, creative ideas
• Comfortable being behind the camera + directing shoots
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / InShot / Premiere Pro / similar)
• Understanding of Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Energetic, proactive & trend-focused personality
