Job Description
- As a part of Allegiant Real Estate Advisory Services, your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming leads and inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms. You will play a crucial role in explaining project details and offerings to potential clients, scheduling and coordinating client site visits, and maintaining a strong follow-up system to ensure timely communication with clients. Supporting the sales team in closing deals by setting up quality appointments and building trust with potential buyers through professional communication will also be key aspects of your role.
To excel in this position, we are looking for female candidates who are graduates in any discipline and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, tele-calling, inside sales, or pre-sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, a pleasant personality, confidence in phone conversations, and a customer-oriented approach are essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
