Senior Manager - Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement - Manufacturing/FMCG

About the Role:
- We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager - Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- This leader will champion the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, fundamentally transforming our core business processes to achieve best-in-class operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement Strategy: Define and lead the roadmap for process excellence across the value chain, from procurement and manufacturing to logistics and customer delivery.
- Lean/Six Sigma Implementation: Lead high-impact, cross-functional Six Sigma (Black Belt level) and Lean Manufacturing projects (e. , VSM, 5S, Kaizen) focused on reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing throughput.
- Training & Mentoring: Develop and deliver training programs for process excellence, mentoring Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects across the organization to build an internal culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor operational KPIs (e. , OEE, Inventory Turns, Cost of Quality) and develop control plans to sustain process improvements and quantify financial impact.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and Operations to identify and implement digital solutions and automation (e. , RPA, IoT) that enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Process Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, or Operations Consulting in the FMCG or Discrete Manufacturing sector.
