    Role Summary:
    As a Recruitment Relationship Manager at AGS, you will report to the Business Manager or Senior Business Manager, contributing to the enhancement of recruitment practices and upholding the Allegis Global Solutions brand. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful fulfillment of open positions in collaboration with hiring managers, serving as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs.
    Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution:
    - Conducting recruitment activities with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
    - Understanding and following the recruitment delivery process to meet account KPIs.
    - Providing recruitment insights, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
    - Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
    - Managing requisitions by maintaining accurate recruitment-related documentation and adhering to recruitment legislation and client processes.
    - Offering recruitment guidance to Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators.
    - Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activities for precise volume forecasting.
    - Coaching candidates on selection stage preparation.
    - Providing professional advice and feedback to candidates in alignment with recruitment best practices.
    - Leveraging market knowledge to develop and manage pre-qualified Talent Pools.
    - Collaborating with internal and external partners to build relationships and networks.
    - Managing senior stakeholders and client interactions effectively.
    - Implementing diversity best practices into hiring strategies.

    - Proficient in utilizing various TA technology tools for recruitment processes.
    Qualifications:
    - Minimum 2-4 years of Recruitment Experience.
    - Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
    - Proficiency in behavioral-based interviews.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    - Any graduate degree.
