Roles & Responsibilities

● Deliver engaging and effective online sessions for students of JEE.

● Develop and review study material, practice sheets, and assessments for respective subjects.

● Mentor students to build strong academic foundations and competitive exam readiness.

● Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes. ● Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum experience: 3 Years

● Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. or equivalent) from a reputed institute.

● Prior online teaching experience in JEE segments preferred.

● Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.

● Excellent english communication and presentation skills to conduct virtual classrooms and recorded sessions

● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students.

● Ability to use digital/AI tools is a plus

● Proficiency in using AI-enabled teaching platforms, LMS, digital whiteboards, and content-creation tools
