Peerpoint UAE is a successful, developing business with high potential for growth. The Peerpoint UAE business team is responsible for establishing sustainable growth in the UAE and wider Middle East region.
Reporting to the Peerpoint UAE Business Manager, the Peerpoint UAE Business Executive is critical to the continued success and ambitious growth plans of the local business. Initially focussing on Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the Business Executive will play an integral part in growing the wider Middle East expansion. This will include but is not limited to:
Client management
- Supporting the management, maintenance and development of key client relationships in region. This can include supporting on proactive business development as well as leveraging internal relationships.
- Supporting the Peerpoint UAE Business Manager in developing excellent internal relationships across A&O in order to offer the most value to the firm and its clients.
- Attending client briefings with the Peerpoint UAE Business Manager as required, including direct engagement with internal/external clients on a daily basis, by phone and in person to support the opportunity management process.
- Tracking the development of client accounts and business performance through effective business.
- Researching market trends and new business opportunities across the region.
- Work with the Peerpoint UAE Business Manager to create client pitches as required.
Candidate and consultant management
- On-boarding consultants to the Peerpoint UAE panel to include working with the PRO team to issue visas.
- Supporting the Peerpoint UAE Business Manager in sourcing and ‘matching’ suitable lawyers from our panel of consultants to client opportunities.
- Working closely with the Consultant Management team to gain deep insight into consultants’ key (and transferable) skillsets, expertise and experience and their personal aspirations and career goals for their consulting journey.
- Engaging directly and building relationships with legal consultants on a daily basis, by phone and in person.
- Providing support to other Peerpoint UAE team members. This may involve liaising with candidates and taking them through the recruitment process under the guidance of the recruitment manager.
- Leading on the creation and management of regular consultant events to include seminars, networking events and events in collaboration with A&O.
Business management
- Performance and KPI tracking and forecasting for Peerpoint UAE. Providing performance reporting to other stakeholders in the business and contributing to global Peerpoint reporting.
- Collaborating with other members of the global Peerpoint team to constantly evolve and enhance the experience for Peerpoint candidates, consultants and clients to achieve the best commercial outcome.
- Working together with global team members to learn about the global pools of consultants and client requests to be able to act as a truly global platform.
- Identifying and developing initiatives to improve business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
- Working closely with the Peerpoint Marketing & Engagement to implement local marketing plans.

- Supporting the Peerpoint UAE Business Manager in and working with the Peerpoint Operations & Contracts team on managing all commercial and operational matters relating to financials, taxation, invoicing and collections (with the support of the Finance team), on-boarding and off-boarding of consultants, consultant placements, and law society and other regulatory compliance.
Key requirements
