Job Description
Job Tile: Estimation Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Shift timing 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST
5-Days working (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities: -
- Understand the project and its requirements.
- Using an available companys software to do the basic Estimation on a given projects.
- Preparing material and cost estimates for any given project
- Creating Labor estimates for any given project (Using a company software such as, Plan swift and MiTek).
- Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, Sales man etc.)
- Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors (Sales Mens) and Project Managers.
- Managing/Updating bids for Sales Man
- Following the bid process until construction such as,
- Lumber/Cornice/Labor Initial Design and Crosschecks.
- Lumber/Cornice Review and Crosschecks.
- Lumber/Cornice Release and Crosschecks.
- Clean up takeoff adjustments and fix pending shipments
